spiriva is a safe medicine but it is take nwith caution in 2 cases 1)glucoma 2)prostatic hyperplasia and urinary bladder obstruction

SPIRIVA HandiHaler is contraindicated in patients with a hypersensitivity to ipratropium or tiotropiu, according to the prescribing literature.
