YES. Salsalate has aspirin in it. Aspirin will thin your blood.
Type in salsalate in the drug search area. Scroll down to where it says Genace information and read the info under that link. Once you read it click the Genace information and you will get more detailed info.
Since you are getting nose bleeds while taking this med you need to let your doctor know right away! He needs to make sure your blood is not too thin to continue taking this med.
