Is Pristiq expensive? Will insurance cover it? Will the manufacturer help with the cost?

Yes Pristiq is expensive (around $4 per pill) and as far as I am aware some insurance policies will cover it. Wyeth (manufacturer of Pristiq) does have a patient assistance program - details at pristiq.com
