Peri-Colace is available in tablets & capsules, kindly talk to a pharmacy for liquid suspension & or solution, they would be able to guide you in the right direction & perhaps give you a source to buy it.

Rajive is correct in asking your pharmatist. They can or most can compound a medication to take it as you need it... Mary
