My recent refill came as nifedipine instead of nifedical. Should I be concerned or is it the same medicine?

Yes, I do think that are the same medication because I was on Nifedipine which is a generic for Procardia xl and they gave me at times Nefediac CC generic for Adalat CC and pharmacy said they were the same. I thought that the Nifedipine worked better but maybe it was my imagenation.
