They are similar, but, not exactly alike. I looked the Navane and Zyprexa up because I had never heard of Navane. You can look them both up on this site by putting the names into the search bar that is right beside the drugs.com logo. They treat the same conditions and do both work on brain chemicals. they do have warnings on the site about those who shouldn't take these meds. If the person is older with dementia, they should NOT take either one.
