I've been taking Antara for high cholesteral (7th drug tried... statins gave me arm/leg/foot cramps). The cramps are now returning even w/ Antara. Since Antara works differently from statins, Is there any absorption issues when Klor-con is taken as well? I see an undisolved Klor-con tablet in my stools.

Firstly there are no known interactions between Antara and Klor-con.

Muscle pain, etc. can also happen with Antara. This is a serious side effect so please see your doctor.
