Succinylcholine is only detected if they are LOOKING for it. It does not show up on a preliminary tox screen. A lot of nursing homes and hospital deaths check for succinylcholine because it is the drug of choice for "Angel of Mercy" aka "Angel of Death" serial killers. They enjoy/love the feeling of trying to bring someone back to life.
