My monthly menstrual flow consists of the following:
Three to four days of heavy bloodflowing, then one day of practically nothing, then bleeding that is pitch black which the color and the amount lessens but the disappearance of this blood takes approximately 10 days. I've been recommended to take cyclokapron to reduce my number of days of bleeding. Is this save to do monthly? Is there such a thing as "old blood" that can contminate my womb if i do not let all the blood flow out? Thank you for your kindness and patience. May you be blessed.
Is it save to use cyclokapron monthly to lesson days of menstrual flow?

Cyclokapron (tranexamic acid) is often prescribed to treat heavy menstrual bleeding.
Tranexamic acid prevents enzymes in the body from breaking down blood clots thereby reducing bleeding.
