the dosage was used a little over 24hrs and I am still in pain. I am afraid to use any other pain killer. Please advise

I read on drugs A to Z on both meds. They described paracetamol as being acetaminophen and diflucan for treating yeast infections. If I had concerns I would call my doctor or my pharmacy and ask them those important questions. Never rely on my opinion as I am not a doctor or have those type of answers. As, I am sure most of us just go by what we know to be true. Doctors get paid big money for their knowledge so don't ever be afraid to ask a question especially if they prescribed it. I understand and respect your view. I want to ease the pain so badly and all I have available is the paracetamol.. I have to wait 2 days before I can consult my doctor. His office closes on Saturdays after 1:00 p.m and re-opens on a Monday.. Thanks for your response.
Call the ER... They certainly will tell you what you should do. Or, call 911 if your in that much pain sweetie. Don't suffer. Two days is a long time to wait if your in that much pain. Just trying to help... kim

The health service in my country is a 50 50 chance that I will get a response to a question. It is sometimes like a joke. I am from the caribbean, while there are very good doctors almost everything is at a cost. I took one paracetamol after having a sharp pain in my abdomin. I am fairly okay now. I was away from my computer, sorry for not responding earlier..
