Is it safe to use econazole nitrate for scalp ringworm?

Yes, you can use econazole for scalp ringworm. However, sometimes scalp ringworm (especially if hair loss is involved) can be difficult to treat. Please see your doctor or a dermatologist if econazole doesn't help.
