Is it safe to take a multivitamin such as pregnacare from the first month of pregnancy?

It is my understanding and having 3 children of my own that pregnacare is safe and does not seem to have any harmful effects, it contains folic acid which is very important up to your 3rd month of pregnancy but it is not really needed after that unless you talk it over with your doctor... many people/women swear by it and say their nausea is less, they are able to eat more and function more freely... good luck to you... and congratulations
