Is it safe to pour betadine down the sink? If so how much is OK?

If you have small amounts that are diluted with lots of water - I don't see the harm. According to th MDS - a sheet that describes the properties and dangers of chemicals there is not specific environmental concerns.

You can also check with your local pharmacy. Most pharmacies have a resource for information. They may be able to direct you towards what your local and states laws are.
