Is it safe to drink purified water which has potassium bicarbonate,magnesium sulfate,potassium?

Yes, it would be fine to drink the water, provided you don't have any problems with taking potassium. Are not on any other medicine which may cause hyperkalaemia (high serum potassium), etc.
