I have cronic neck pain, I take norco and gabapentin. I need something stronger so I can live my life with some pain relief.

Rajive and sweetlemon are both correct. Personally, I would try to get in to see a pain specialist. So many MD's are very cautious (as they should be) about prescribing stronger pain meds like oxycontin. But when you have chronic pain, it's always better on your system to take an extended release form of medication. That way, the norco's can be used for breakthrough pain and will work so much better. It's not a good idea to treat long term pain with short acting meds. Good luck to you and hope you get the pain under control.
