umm no it is not. vigra is a prescribed med, and you are not to take anyone elses prescribed meds as you do not know the effects it will have on you, or if you will have a reaction to it. so stay away from it, if your having trouble getting up go see your family doctor, there might be something wrong down there, that they can fix.
