Is it possible? or the patient should continua on it's medication ?
Is it possible to switch from Plavix to Effient ?? how it can be done? please advise?

It is possible to switch but you will need to talk it over with your cardiologist because Effient is a prescription medication and your doctor is the only one who can say how you are to use it and what is the proper dosage.But it may not be in your best interest to switch medications.
