a tightness around the treated eye and also, the treated eye appears smaller than the untreated eye.
Is it possible that Alphagan P can cause the upper and lower eyelids to shrink? I have experiened?

Eyelid edema has been noticed but not shrinkage of the eyelids. It may be causing it. Discuss it with your doctor ... they may have seen cases like this before.
