Hello,
I would discuss the following " Moderate" - ("Moderately clinically significant. Usually avoid combinations; use it only under special circumstances".) interaction with your Dr. before using both medications (atarax which is a sedative with doxepin which is a hypnotic as you know) , to see if the benefits outweigh the risks involved:
