Actifed contains an anti-histamine (triprolidine) and a nasal decongestant (pseudoephedrine) so yes it would be ok to take an expectorant and cough suppressant as well.
However it is best to take just one or the other - an expectorant for a chesty, productive cough or a suppressant for a dry hacking cough.
Talk with your pharmacist if you need more advice.
