Is it ok to drink pineapple juice while on cyclosporine and dapsone in Behcet's disease?

I realize this answer is very, very late but may help someone in future. There is no known interaction between cyclosporine and dapsone with pineapple juice.
If you are thinking of an interaction with grapefruit juice then the ingredients in pineapple juice are not the same as the enzyme inhibitors in grapefruit or grapefruit juice.
