I am transitioning from 25 to 50 mg and would like to do it gradually.
Is it OK to cut losartan in half, even though it is not "scored"?

Cutting losartan into half would perhaps not be recommended as the intake of the active ingredient which is losartan would not exactly be half, it is recommended to take 25mg tabs instead.
