Is it normal to feel jittery almost like a nervous feeling and Im also feeling my heart beat?

yes, fairly normal for adipex aka phentermine. It is an amphetamine and it does "speed" you up. It is not just an appetite suppressant. Heart pain, shortness of breath and high blood pressure indicate you should contact a dr tho. Some people have also reported a rash. Make sure you drink lots off water, do NOT drink caffeine with addipex. It tends to constipate you, drink plenty of water.
