Will sun screen protect me enough if in the sun when taking Metformin?
Is there a danger being in the sun should one forget to apply sunscreen?

Yes Toyota Turbo, It could cause heat stroke and sun poisoning if out in it too long, Metformin as well as alot of other drugs can be aggravated by the sun, it makes you tend to overheat and burn easier. Been there done that, I got sun poisoning and it wasn't fun, 2nd degree burns and high fevers and the burning on my skin was terrible. So my friend I don't think you will be forgetting sunscreen I hope, right? Take care of your skin it is all you have, marjorie zych
