I also color my hair. Does the solution have any effects on hair, or colored hair? I also want tot know ; since it does not mention putting it on your face, if it is OK to put on your face in places where you have excess sweating? I have used Drysol for 2 nights and I can't believe that after vacuuming and major house work... that my head was not drenched!!! I kept looking in the mirror to see if I could see any sweat at my hair line which is usually soaked ..even when I get out of the shower and there was NOTHING!!! My daughter couldn't believe it. It has been a major set back for me my entire adult life.
Is it bad to put the solution on your scalp and have it get all in your hair?

Metals and metallic substances do react with ammonia based haircolor. You can do a strand test on some of your hair to see how it will react or switch to non ammonia based color. Tell your hairdresser you are using it, or if you are doing the color yourself, call the 1 800 number and see if they will give you info on how to do a strand test.
