Is imitrex bad on kidneys or liver?

Imitrex is known to cause elevated liver enzymes and acute renal failure (this is very uncommon). In saying this a lot of medicines have the potential to cause serious side effects on these and other organ systems.

And please keep in mind that a lot of people use Imitrex without any problems at all.
