Is Glucagon suitable person who are suffering from liver cancer (HCC) ?

Details:
MY mother is suffering from HCC, Cirrosis and diabetic .
She has experiencing low blood sugar frequently. We are checking blood sugar frequently and sometime observe that glucose level around 20. So can she take Glucagon drug at home to increase blood glucose level?She has take human insulated 34 ml per day (20 in the morning and 14 in the evening)
Currently we are giving dextrose to increase glucose level.

Glucagon can be used in liver cancer but you should confirm use with her doctor.
