I have been taking Atacand 32 mg for 23 years and have no problems but the drug is very expensive and am looking for ways to lower the cost.

Hello,
"A patent currently prevents any generic form of Atacand from being manufactured. Therefore, be advised that any "generic Atacand" currently for sale is fake, substandard, and potentially dangerous. In October 2011, the first patent for Atacand will expire -- this will be the earliest date a generic form of Atacand could become available."
