Is eating Activia yogurt actually as beneficial as the ads say?

I am a firm believer that it is... i can tell a difference when I have not had 1 in a few days... i feel bloated... I have told my mom about activia and we both have an Activia once a day..It is wonderful..all u can do is try it for urself
