Chlorphenesin (Maolate, Musil) is a centrally acting muscle relaxant used to treat muscle pain and spasms and it is not marketed in the U.S.A

OTC (over-the-counter) pharmaceuticals the Rx on a pharmacy means "prescription"

However it is Rx - chlorphenesin, though not available commercially in the US.
