Can you cut a 5 ml in half?

Don't think so its time release, why do you want to cut the tablets into half? Bystolic are available as tablets for oral administration containing nebivolol hydrochloride equivalent to 2.5, 5, 10, and 20 mg of nebivolol.
However, please also do seek advice from the doc who prescribed the med, take care.
