May be, but don't rely on it as it has been expired for over 2 years. Manufacturers do not guarantee the quality or efficacy of medicines past their expiry date.

Have tamiflu with exp date 9/2011 never been opened, is it still okay to use it?
most manufactures have to post exp dates but most are good 12-18months after the date so unsure if tamiflu will still work if dated 9/2011 as exp date
