From my research I could only confirm that Baclofen comes in a disintergrating tablet (Kemstro 10mg, 20mg ) and Furosemide comes in a liquid. You should check with your Pharmacist.

Nexium is available as a suspension - packets you can mix with water.
If you have trouble swallowing, there are compounding pharmacies that can make alternate forms of drugs -- ie: liquid forms of a tablet dose.
