No. They are all different.
Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant. Typically it is used to treat depression and chronic pain.
Benzocaine is used as a local anesthetic (numbing medication) to relieve pain caused by minor skin irritations, sore throat, sunburn, and teething etc.
Floxin (ofloxacin) in an antibiotic typically used to treat bacterial infections.
