Is concerta better for ADD/ADHD in the way that its less addictive ?

They both have pretty similar medication dextroametifine I think that is how its spelled but in my opinion i believe the concerta is not better than the adderall. Adderall is a very popular medication and i hear more about it everywhere working for alot of people then i do of the concerta.
