I have been taking Urso and Urso Forte for many years which has resulted in significant improvement in my bloodwork and progression of my PBC. I am now unemployed and have lost my health benefits. The retail cost of both the brand name Urso and generic Ursodiol will cause major hardship and hoping to get some advice on any alternative (Actigall ??).
Is Actigall an effective alternative to Urso for the treatment of PBC?

I don't know about how effective these are in comparison. There are a few reviews about Urso but none about Actigall ... so can't compare that way either.
