I want to order this to help curb my appetite. My feet won't handle this much weight, and I can't seem to get off the 10 pounds I need to lose. I'm horribly allergic to macrolides, though.

No, Acomplia is not a macrolide. Macrolide is a class of antibiotic such as erythromycin.
Acomplia (rimonabant) is the first in a new class of therapeutic agents called Cannabinoid-1 Receptor Blockers (CB1).
Acomplia is used in the treatment of obesity and related conditions.
