poppers12i am a 15 year old female. i weigh 121 pounds. i have been taking concerta for adhd for a long time. i also take zoloft and intuniv. but i don't know whether that is a healthy dose or not.
Is 90 milligrams of concerta to much?

Hello poppers12. No, you are close to your correct dose. I believe you're under by 11.9mg. You're also on the Intuniv and Zoloft, and that compensates. huh i guess im lost i was under the impression that concerta comes in 18 27 36 and 54 mg and 54 was the max dosage
You're not lost, For people who have taken Methylphenidate, PREVIOUSLY, age and weight. Example: Person taking 20mg twice or three times per day, begins, STARTING 72mg. Given poppers dose, thats how I did my calculation 54 mg dose of concerta is given to 6 to 12 year olds, and begun at 18mg. The max would be the 54mg for first time user of the drug. A 13 to 17 year old first time user would begin at 18mg, with the max being 72mg. 18 to 65 years of age would for first time users begin at either 18 or 36mg with a max of 72mg. For people who have been on the drug with a PREVIOUS dose of say 20mg twice per day, the STARTING dose would be 72mg, per day.
