Qvar Dosing for Young Children
For asthma in children ages 5 to 11, the recommended starting Qvar dose is 40 mcg twice daily. The maximum recommended dose is Qvar 80 mcg (two inhalations) twice daily.

In case of a child 3 years old taking Qvar, it would be recommended to speak to a doc who prescribed the med.

Please do be careful, wish you the best!
