Is 120 blood glucose levels and uncontrollable hunger and weight gain a sign of diabetes?

Would recommend that you get your sugar levels analyzed, fasting & PP so that the clinical data would ascertain your concerns of having diabetes.

However, high blood glucose levels, uncontrollable hunger, weight gain, thirst are some of the signs of diabetes. It is better to be sure, please do consult a doc & have your blood sugar analyzed.

Before I knew I had diabetes I lost 25 pcs. I was very thirsty and urinated frequently. Why not get retested and make sure you fast for at least 8 hours before you give blood. That way you'll know for sure. I hope this helps you.

Dear Passionfruit3 (love the name): definitely take everyone's advice and get tested by your Dr.. Given your symptoms, don't you want to know... I pray you are NOT diabetic but if you are- their is so much support on this site I'm learning and so many out there to support you in every way you need! Good Luck Sweet!
