Hello bobu69. Certainly is. In fact, if it makes you sleepy the best time would be in the evening or bedtime. Once you begin taking it on a regular schedule, try and stick to it. Of course, you can take it in the morning or at night as long as you stay with the same routine all the time. If it makes you sleepy then take it everyday before bed time.
