Hello mamboqueen. Some common, normal side effects of Ionamin (Phentermine), are a bad taste in your mouth, change in sex drive, constipation, diarrhea, trouble falling asleep, dizziness, dry mouth, headaches, nervousness, an upset stomach. You might ask your doctor or pharmacist for a complete list or, on the top of this page is a search engine, enter Ioamin and it will take you a page dealing with this drug, scroll down that page and then click on "side effects" and you might read up on the various side effects.Very best to you,
