My son has been on intuniv for about a week now..the nights are terrible. I feel so sorry for him. He wake up so many times... I think he actually has bad dreams, he talks in his sleep and rolls around so much he has his sheet off the bed. He also wakes up about 3 a.m. wanting to eat.
Will this go away???

we just started him on his 2mg pill today, so today made a week he has been on Intuniv. Today seemed like he hadn't had anything at all. The hyperness, and everything was back today. I didn't know if that was something that normally happens. I hope it hasn't quit working. Today was the worse day we have had since we started it.
I believe he should be slowing down. You might call his doctor or the number I mentioned. They can answer your concerns, knowing the nature of how it works better than myself. even your pharmacist should beable to give you thier thoughts.
