... my neurologist just discontinued my hydrocodone (the only thing that's ever helped) saying it causes rebound headaches... told me to lose weight.. I lost 35 pounds in the last month, and it didn't help!

I'm not real fimilair with IH but I found a website for you to investigate.
Try reading the many links to good articles and support on this site. The tool bar across the top of the page lists a place to read about treatments and a place to ask questions. These are the people that are the experts on your condition so give it a try.
Please don't despair. Suicide is not the answer. You have too many reasons to live. Just try to educate yourself about this condition and maybe that will alleviate some of the anxiety.
