What insulin does not cause weight gain?

Actually weight gain with insulin can be controlled. Yes, there is a tendency to put on weight while using insulin but if you eat the right type of food you could easily avoid gaining weight.

And if you do have the tendency to put on weight with insulin then all types of insulin will cause weight gain.

Along with insulin you should be following a diet to keep your blood sugar down, and that would control weight gain. You also should be getting exercise to control your blood sugar.
