... the past were log-shaped and worked really well. These new circular ones barely put me to sleep the first night and then if I take one again the next night, it doesnt work and leaves me feeling really awful the next day- skin crawling, panic feelings, no attention span, achy all over. Is there something about the different types of generic ambien that seems to work differently? I'm now at the point of not being able to fall asleep on my own ever- the other night I took 3 shots of whiskey to sleep but that didn't leave me feeling too good in the morning. So now my body panics and my heart starts racing when I attempt to sleep- a self perpetuating cycle! Any suggestions? I'm really hesitant to get into the prescription stuff at all.
