In which segments levofloxacin is superior to cipro,ofloxacin and gatifloxacin?

Levofloxacin is active against gram positive and gram negative organisms. It has greater activity against pneumococci than ciprofloxacin.

Is there any infection in particular that you are wanting to know which antibiotic works best for?
Choice of antibiotic depends on causative organism.
