my acne was horrible my high school years but now it just comes in lil white heads, but sometimes a couple at a time, and even when i pop them and let them heal they leave a mark on my face like i got redness and the pimples are still there. will this cure that and last the lifetime after being off the drug?
In using the drug Accutane, after you have to stop taking the drug, does it in fact keep acne away?

Accutane may be the best acne med for long term remission. However, relapses are still possible after a course of Accutane.
Acne, once controlled, requires maintenance therapy. Consider applying benzoyl peroxide 5% (OTC Drug) 3-4times/week to prevent whitehead + blackheads.
