It doesnt neccessarily mean that the oxys and morphine are exactly the same it simply means it is as strong as morphine meaning really strong pain medicine and nothing more. Of course they work differently cause they dont do all the same exact things morphine does the ingrediants are definantly different.

I believe, in order of strength, in is oxy being strongest, then roxy, then morpine, and codeine would be weakest of the 4. Is that correct? I know they are VERY different from personal experience. I have taken all of them for different things & am effected very differently by all of them. Fiorinall with codeine works GREAT 4 headaches and the others do not. The others work well for back pain. Morphine seems to work slowest, but may last longer, not sure, but that was the experience I had. Never too much info so please keep answers comin
It is about a 2 to 1 ratio. Oxy has something in it that gives one, as one person's put on this site: "buzz". I call it "med head", and after a dose of at one time, and for 8 yrs. 240 mgs... and never a change!
