I look worse. Should I be concerned or just forge ahead?
I'm using tretinoin for wrinkles all over my face. I have little pumps under the skin on my cheeks?

Almost all patients experience redness, scaling, burning, and itching after two or three days that can last up to three months. In women who experience irritation, a daytime moisturizer or low-dose corticosteroid cream, such as 1% hydrocortisone, may help. A sunscreen should also be used.
I would not be concerned unless they get worse.
